Established in 2013 by founders Derek Hoogstra and Jerome Lengkeek, Fourth Watch African Investments is a revolving private equity investment fund that focuses on startup and early stage ventures in Southern Africa, with a focus on Zambia and South Africa.

After a period of, planning, deal sourcing and due diligence, we have now initiated our first projects. Diligence Limestone Limited has begun operations under the name Diligence Brick & Block as a startup company in Ndola, Zambia.

We have also formed a partnership with an existing small commercial farm in Ndola under the new name ZamCan Farms Limited with a scale-up plan. Additional investments are currently in the planning phases and will be added to this website once they begin operations.

Fourth Watch African Investments works closely with Fourth Watch Global Analytics, an advisory firm which supports our work and other foreign investors operating in Zambia.
